opps my bad!

Ok ok I've been so horriable at blogging, but I've got a good reason, well I think so. First of all we are moving!!!!!! Yahoo! Yep that's right this weekend is the big ol move in. So i've been packing stuff up and trying to deal with children in the mean time. I've kind of been keeping the move on the down low cause I didn't want another miss hap like last time!! But I'll talk about that in a bit. Plus Hadley has been potty training, she is doing so good, summer has to be the best time to do that I swear, she just walks around in her little undies and then runs to the bathroom! It's so cute! I love to watch her play in her panties! You get so used to them in a diaper that it's so weird to see them in "big girl undies"!!! And we've also just had alot going on in the family, doing all kinds of family things. So here is the short and sweet update. I'm gonna write some more once I have a bit of free time. And put up pictures of everything. So hello to everyone sorry I haven't had time to say Hi on your pages. I'll come by soon and chat with ya!! Love ya Lindz

Summer Fun!

Well what else do you do when it's a nice day but go 4 wheeling. We love to do and it's even more fun with the girls, they love it! So we went and got them some bike helments, ya they didn't stay on for very long, I didn't even get a picture of Taylor with hers on! But we love the mountains and so here we are up on Avon and playing on the fence, as Brandon told the girls "You girls better get used to climbing these, were going to have some really soon!!" So funny! But I love it! Nothing better than being out doors to help celebrate the 4th of July!

And now on to the rest of the wonderful day!!! So the parade was great, the clouds came out and it rocked! We had so much fun - until the kid got ran over, right in front of us I might add. And that was only durning the water fight, which wasn't as great as past years, maybe it was just me. But we had fun and Brandon and I totally enjoyed our day with the girls. We all took naps and had a BBQ and just enjoyed the family. The girls were so cute! I loved the new bows I got them! And at the fireworks, man Hadley was craken me up! She laid down on the sheet and had her blanket and she laid her head in it for the first 10 mins of the fireworks then she thought they were ok and would watch them with us, but Taylor, that girl, so funny, she was sittin with me and she would clap her hands after each one but then after the first 5 mins she wanted to sit with my mom and she fell asleep! Wow that is amazing! And stayed asleep! Too funny! But we had quite a fun filled day and ate Ice Cream Sandwiches when we got home and then went to bed! I love the 4th it's just so American, like Apple Pie, and Baseball Games. I'm so glad to live in this free country and to have the things we do! God Bless America Land That I Love! Hope you all enjoyed your day as well!

The 4th Starts with a Run!

Well I love July 4th (I've come to find out that lots of people love the 4th, which I think is a good thing!) But we started this awesome day with our "Family Run" Me, Momma, Jenny and Adam all did the Kaysville Run for Reading! And it was really fun! I only did the 5K but everyone else did the 10K (don't ask them why, they still aren't too sure why they did it!!) But it was kind of fun to run around Kaysville in the early morning and run passed all the things that I normally drive pass and never really see. I really enjoyed my run, but I have to say the hills are killer in Kaysville, 200 North sucks to run up! Ug! I'm so proud of my mom, she did so good. And she wanted to quit after her first 2 miles, but she didn't, my sister was there to help her out! And she finished! She is such a trooper! She started to cry after she finished saying I'm never going to do that again! It was so funny, but she said she will but she just was trippin herself out while she was running. But Adam, man I wish I had his track skills. He finished it under an hour! In 54 mins! I could't believe it! He was awesome! But the funny thing was seeing all these people that I went to high school with, that were in track, and still running these things! But I do have to say that my mom got to see one of the people who inspired her to want to start running, and it was Dennis Molyneaux. She has always wanted to do a Marathon and him and Dave Beavn did them and so that was pretty cool! So that was the start of our awesome day. Oh yes my husband and children were still sleeping while I was running this! They were there in spirt. Thanks guys! I did take a minute and some seconds off my run, I guess that is pretty good.
