Our Boy!!!

Well it finally happened .....


WE HAD OUR BABY BOY!!!!


That's right at 3:40 pm on June 27, 2010 and was 7lbs 2oz and 19 inches long. And he has a head full of cute blonde hair. We ended up naming him ......

Sunshine where are you...

Well crap I suck! Gees a whole month and no updates!! That is just crazy .... well not really but I guess that is what has been going on here, not a whole lot. My girls have broken my camera AGAIN! This is the second one since October! I'm so tired of having to get new cameras! But I've got to get one cause lots of stuff is going to be happening soon and I need some pictures! And I want to know where the sunshine is. I've done nothing but freeze the last couple of months, I'm so ready for summer! I have loved watching our grass turn green and watching the pasture behind us turn green also. Gets me so excited for summer. Hadley keeps reminding me that we need to get a pool for the backyard!! She is so excited to go swimming too! And to just play outside without coats again! I'm ready to just get out of the house for longer than 20 mins. I'm not a fan of the cold, or the cold wind that likes to blow with the sunshinning! Ug. So...

So baby update, he is still inside! Ha ha ha and growing great! We went to our Targeted Ultasound on the 16th and man he is a lil stinker already!! He never wants to show his face or anything. But he is growing good and oh my goodness a doll! I can't wait till he is here and I can just kiss on his lil checks and cuddle with him! Instead of him kicking me in the ribs or just anytime for that matter!!! But I've got his bedroom stuff picked out and I can't wait til it comes. And I'm starting to get some clothes for him. Man i've got to start all over with alot of things cause I got rid of alot with the girls!! So here is a picture of my boy and also of his bedset.






But we are getting more and more excited get him here! I think Brandon is more excited but is hiding it from me!

Lets see here, April is going to be a busy month, which I love busy months. And we started our garden, inside first this time, hopefully I get my produce before October like last year. And the girls loved getting the seeds and planting them and now watching them grow! It's pretty exciting!! Not too much has been going on thou. Brandon is starting up the Grass business again and staying busy with workin and I'm staying really busy with the house and children! We will have more exciting things coming up but for now, enjoy our lil boys picture and I'll try to have something exciting happen soon!

Wee Care I'm sick of you!

So I'm just posting to say my annoyance with sickness. I've been to Wee Care 3 times this past week. And let me tell you it sucks!

Tuesday - Hadley comes home and has those nasty boogers in her eye, so I call and make an appointment, the only one to note that we get in with in 30 mins or so. We go and she has a cold in both her eyes, it's really gross. And a bit of a cough. So the Doc gives her some Amoxicillan to cure it. And I know that soon Taylor will for sure get it cause that is just how it is with kids. Well Tay is allergic to Amoxicillan.

Saturday- I come home from a Bridal shower and a bit of shopping with my mom, it was a blast we even went to the Mall without kids! I felt like I was in High School! It was nice, but I come home to find, ug, yucks in Taylors eye, well I didn't want to go back into the Doctor cause I knew she would just have the same thing as Hadley so I called and asked if I could just get a different Medicine for Taylor cause she can't have Amoxicillan. So they say we will call you back. Well I called around 5, I didn't get a call back until 8:30! Crazy! So in the mean time threw out the week Hadley has woken up with red rash looking stuff on her. So she just got worse that night so I'm concerned. So the girls were in the bath and we pull both out and just pack up to head to Wee Care and I get the phone call as we are driving there, weird. Plus Hadley eye is getting gross again! I mean BOTH girls with yucky eyes, I can't handle it. They are so helpless. So as I'm talking to them they tell me the Doc wants to look at Taylor first to make sure it's the same thing! What! Well I tell them I'm on my way with both of my children. And the lady on the phone says well we are booked for the night, our next opening is at 12:40 and 12:50 AM!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! You are Wee Care in 5 hours they aren't going to be the same as they are now. So we still go and make those LATE appointments and hang out at my parents until it's time. By this time Hadleys rash has gone away lots! Like they would look at me and say she had what! So we get in and it took forever to see the doctor. I think they only had one guy working, serious, it was lame! Well he tells us Taylor has PINK EYE and CROUP!!!!! And Hadley now has PINK EYE and ALLERGIC TO AMOXICILLAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UG!!!! Noway this is just lame. So he gives us some eye drops and Taylor gets a shot! So everyone stays home from church, but me. Cause I'm feeling fine, Brandon has a cold to top if off, so I have 3 sick kids to look after! When I get home we all take naps and try to get better. Well the girls still aren't at there best but getting better,we hope. So Monday morning Taylor has this wicked HOT fever! So I give her some meds to take it down, so i give it to her all day, nothing is working. By 5 or 6 I call my parents cause I'm nervous, she has this yucky cough, short quick breaths, and this way hot fever. And after looking online at different things it sounds like RSV! Now I'm trying not to freak out or start crying my eyes out on the phone with my mom. She tells me call W.C. and to get over to her house. I call WC and they tell me "WE ARE BOOKED UNTIL 11 PM. OUR NEXT APPOINTMENT IS AT 11:40!" I can't believe it. So we head in at that time, and they talk to me about things that have been going on and take her temp, it's 104! And the Doc is kind of funny cause I tell him ya we were in her last night, and he goes, you didn't see me did you! ha ha ha, funny old guy! Well they check her oxygen and it's fine, and they do a strep test and then they were going to do some kind of white blood cell count, don't remember the name for it cause all things medical have to be really long and noone can say it. The strep test comes back neg, so they run the other test, yep there is an infection in her lungs! Holy Shiz is all I can think, what the ________ does that mean!!?? Well it means if her fever doesn't go away in 4 days we have to come back in, or if her breathing is more than 50 breaths per min we have to go back in! Otherwise we just let it run it's course. So thus I'm sick of Wee Care. OH to top it off Brandon wakes up on Monday saying to me, look at my eye! Yep PINK EYE!!!!!!!!!! Oh man you know lets just get it all on the board and everyone get sick at the same time. My house smells like LYSOL and my big bottle of hand sanitizer is almost gone. It's like a freakin hospital here! I'm the only one not getting anything, and I keep saying it's because I have this sinus infection and it's blocking everything. So for that long long story that I could of just summarized a bit better, there is just so much to remember and type. I'm really tired of the doctors office, and that I'm not allowed to ever have Amoxicillan in my house since my husband and now 2 girls are allergic to it! Goodness, what next, healthy? That would be OH so nice!!! So this is my rant for the night. Hope that everything works out great and that everyone gets better soon! Well one is better, Hadley, she is for sure going back to school and to dance cause wow, she is so full of energy now but it will be nice to have Taylor all better and Dad.

Be Mine .....

Well yesterday, really like 4 1/2 hours ago was Valentines Day(I'll explain later why I'm up at this EARLY hour) But it was also Sunday, wow could it be on a busier day? But this had to be one of the Best ones yet! Don't ask why cause I'm not even sure I could tell ya, ok well maybe it's the fact that I was super excited for it, not that I was expecting anything big like a new car or anything like that but because my honey was going to be home with me and the girlss and I kind of was excited that it would just be our family to celebrate. Well come to find out, Brandon had to give a talk (which was AMAZING) and with our early church time, 9 is very hard for us, and I had BYC at 8 it made for a bit of a stressful morning. And my advisor called to tell me that her baby was sick and if I could teach, which wasn't that hard cause it was an easy lesson and Beehives aren't too hard to teach. Cause that ment leaving Brandon to get the girls ready!! AHHHHHH! But when I rushed home after the meeting they looked ... well.... like there Dad fixed there hair! Time to spend some more time in the bathroom with him and the girls is what that told me. Wish I had my camera but he did good for me not being there, I did set out there clothes before I left! So I had wanted to make this cute little breakfast for them before I left, cause last year I made pink heart pancakes, they were super cute, and had strawberries cut up and it was fun, but I was a bit rushed this year so I found this cute thing to do with Pop Tarts that wouldn't be much work, you get Cherry ones, cause they have pink frosting on them and then a heart cookie cutter and press and you have a heart pop tart and then take some iceing, white and pipe it into a prastry bag and write a message on them like love ya, well needless to say I set the box of pop tarts on the counter and left for my meeting, that is how I roll sometimes! So I'm going to try and make a breakfast sometime this week to make up for it. I did feel bad. But when I got home the girls had eaten half each, so maybe they don't like them or it could be that they were burnt, I may need to spend a few more mins helping B with kitchen stuff. But the day before I had made red velvet cupcakes and so I had those to take to church with my lesson and my parents came to hear B talk and to help with the girls, so my mom asked if I would also get some T Bone Steaks for her and my Dad from our frezer, we had a cow, now I have a frezer full of meat, I live in Hooper hopefully enough said. Plus I married a cowboy and that is what they do and a frezer with meat that we don't eat too much of. So I kind of give it away to family!! Ha ha ha except the ground beef we do eat that. Anyways, I had planned to have a great dinner, we did have the girls so it had to include them so no steak and lobster for us, by the way how did that become such a popular thing for Valentines Day? Been wondering that for a bit now, so I made this





Yep I just took it right out of the box and put it in the oven!! What a great way to spend the day! Didn't even slave over the stove! I took a nap instead! But I did have a salad, ok that was a kit I bought at the store too! It was still made with LOVE!! And then green beans, corn, and some pears with cinnimon and sugar on them. That way we all eat them! And after I made browines, cause chocolate is yummy and even better when it's hot with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce drizzled over the top with a raspberry to top it off, B had chocolate ice cream. And the girls just wanted browine. They are pretty easy to please most of the time. But then after dinner we did gifts, which is kind of a big first for us, we have kind of done it before but it was more like dinner and a redbox was our present. So B went with Hads on Saturday to get my gift and he calls me while at the store asking if I got the girls anything, I think in my head um.... no was I susposted too? So he said he would get something for them! Wow this guy has come a long way! Well they were at IFA, my children know this store like nothing else I've seen, they can hear it on the radio or we drive passed and they say there is IFA! Weird, they do the same thing with CAL Ranch. Anyways, so they ended up with these cute long sleeve shirts, on is pink with a heart and horse on it the other is black with a boot and flowers on it, they are rinestones by that outline them. And then B gave me mine and WOW, it's this bracelet that I like it's all silver and has bling all over it and it's a cowgirl belt bracelet, looks like this



I was so excited, this is the most he's ever spent on a weird holiday like this one. Then he opened mine, it was a Harry Potter movie and Oreos, like I said we kind of go cheap on these holidays. Ug, if I only knew! One extra point for him!!! So it was a fun filled day.

Now as to why I'm up this late. It's my NOSE!!!! Ever since I got pregnant I've had a sinus infection. And I've taken every pill out there and ya it's Febuary and I still have it! It's really annoying. So around 3:30 am every morning I wake up cause I feel like I'm about to die from not breathing! (My Doctor had given me prescriptions for this but I'm not sure if they are helping, I go on Tuesday so I'll get a refill on one that I think was working) And i can't sleep, so I toss and turn and I'm just ug. So I figured I would blog instead of sleep, I may regreat this come 7ish. But there just isn't much I can do, i hate breathing out of my mouth at nite, it really bugs, and my lips get all dried out, gross. I feel like her, only not this cute.



So this way I can drink my water and stay up til one side decides to unclog and I can breath out of it and i'll sleep on the couch cause right now I have a little girl in my bed and I just don't sleep good on my bed. I don't know it's totally weird.

But I'm sure you want a baby update, well I'm forsure showing, I wear jackets ALOT to cover my bump. I'm not ready for this yet! And it feels weird to have a "tummy" even thou I know it's not a "tummy" come on it feels and looks like it! And I'm sure you want to see like the side picture, well I don't do that. If you get to see a picture of me pregers on here it will be my face! And even then maybe not, cause I'm in that I don't feel pretty stage. I feel like a lump of goop. But I did redo my Babyfit.com page, they are amazing for eating and exercise and counting down the days for you and giving you weekly updates on what is going on inside you! Plus what the babe looks like, I've done this now with all my kids, cause I have so many!!! And it's really fun, (Holy cow I've written alot tonight! Wow sorry) so i've also been looking at bedding and colors and all kinds of boy stuff, I'm going to go and get this super cute blanket thing tomorrow to sew for him. And ya I'm really excited for him to be here, I keep thinking that I'm having him in like 2 months, cause I had both the girls in April, and I forget that I still have 4, wow that seems like a long time, but it's going by and he will be here soon enough and then I'll wonder what have we done!?!?!? (I think I'm writing so much cause I feel like I'm talking to someone that isn't under the age of 4 and that can relate to me in someway or another, like an adult, I need to get out more!!) Ya those are just side notes. But I think for the night/morning I'm going to head off to the couch or bed or somewhere and try to sleep and hope my nose will stop draining, and let me breath again. Something Blue ....

Well I've told myself I need to get better at this so here is some news.

First off....

We found out what we are having...... A BOY!!!! Oh man I'm so excited to start shopping for boy's stuff! And Brandon is so excited to not be the ONLY guy in the family now! So we have two names that we both like and we've decided that we are going to have to look at him when he is born to name him cause .... really I just can't decide on what one I want first!!! Ha ha ha.

And we are now in the process of moving our office out of that room and into the dinning room to make my first nursery! That is what happens when we lived with my parents for the first two!! This means I get to do what I want to it!! Love it! And now deciding what decorations to do and colors, lots to think about and do. Good thing I have till June/July!! I'm starting to show now, which is never fun, cause you start to feel fat. And no girl likes that feeling, no matter what the cool things await. And it's that inbetween stage too where you look at me going .. Um is she getting fat or pregers? I'm hoping to start feeling him with in the next couple of weeks. Sometimes I think I feel him but then I'm not sure if it's just stuff inside me makin room. Oh the joys of bringing something super cute and awesome into this world!!!

Second.... they redid our Young Womans Presidency and I went from being the Laurel advisor to the 2nd Counslor! And it's so fun, I'm so excited I'm still in but I miss the last Presidency too! They sure helped me in lots of areas in my life. But it's really fun to get to know the new ones and to get to work with the Beehives. I still get really nervous when I think about having to teach cause I think, I'm not that good! But it will all come together! I'm hoping I get to make it to girls camp too! That is my most favorit part of Young Womens but ... with baby on the way we will have to see.

Third we are going to be heading to North Carolina this summer to celebrate my Grandparents 65th Wedding Anniversary. And that is at the end of July so we get to take the new babe with us too! I'm super excited!

So those are just some of the things that are going on and we can't wait to hold this new baby in our arms!
